ARISE: A Night of Awakening is an intimate evening designed to reignite the fire within YOU. To awaken courage, boldness, and confidence in who God has called you to be.
Have you ever felt that pounding in your chest - when your heart beats so loudly it almost drowns out everything else? Fear takes over, your mind starts to spiral, and suddenly you don’t know where to turn or who to look to. So, you back down. You walk away. Maybe from a dream, a calling, a God-given assignment.
Why?
Because you told yourself you weren’t ready.
You weren’t worthy.
You weren’t enough.
Maybe you were afraid of what people might say - or worse, what they might think.
Hey, you’re not alone.
I can’t even count how many times I’ve done the same - walking away from something God placed in my heart because I believed I would never be ready or good enough to carry it. But here’s what I’ve learned: sometimes, those dreams felt impossible because they were rooted in me not in Him. They glorified my name, not the King of Kings.
Maybe it’s not that. You want to glorify God, you honor Him in your heart and through the way you live your life, so why can’t you take this next step? Why can’t you speak of the gospel? Why can’t you move from your current situation? Why can’t you sit alone in stillness? Why can’t you speak the truth? Why can’t you start a business? Why can’t you start over at any age? Because fear. It’s one thing to say ‘I surrender my desires, my will unto the Lord’ and it’s another thing to actually follow through.
You will never get to see the greatness and blessings God has for you if you do not step out in faith, if you don’t surrender control and your plans over your life. I have news for you. You will not always love what you’re doing or what God has called you to do. As daughters of God He is not going to just leave you in a season to hurt you, to watch you be miserable & suffer. He is allowing you to ARISE. To rise up to the assignment He has called upon you. He is shaping you, building you, He wants to bless you, but we know that ‘suffering produces character, and character produces endurance and endurance produces hope.’ (Romans 5:3-5)
My question to you, after this night of awakening. Will you Arise & step out into this journey, this walk we call life, and honor the Lord with all He has called you to be.
